civic and philanthropic causes.  The spectrum of activities covers everything
from reviving and Chairing a Manhattan High School Business Advisory Council
and the Mayor's Small Business Advisory Board to acting as Treasurer or Board
Member for several prominent Not-For-Profit organizations.  It also covers being
an outspoken advocate for tax reform and other small business issues along with
donating valuable partner time to giving topical seminars,  lectures or teaching
undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate courses.
